After Hours Cinema Club is a pilot collaboration between Pitt Rivers Museum and the Humanities Division, University of Oxford.
Explore the galleries of the Pitt Rivers before taking your seat for the screening of Lotte Reiniger’s 1926 animation The Adventures of Prince Achmed about a young prince who goes on magical adventures with his flying horse. There will be live music from Flights of Helios who will be playing in response to the films action. Then join in a Q&A with guest speakers, cash bar, object handling and debate!
